The Camarda Charitable Foundation made a very significant contribution to the Putnam Hospital Center to help construct the hospital's new cancer center. Which will be named the Camarda Care Center.

Fred Koelsch, Director of Realty Investments

Fred Koelsch joined Camarda Realty Investments in the spring of 2006. Mr. Koelsch participates in all aspects of real estate development from deal evaluation, pre-development planning and land use approvals, to public relations, sales and leasing. Prior to joining Camarda Realty Investments, he worked as a land use planner, municipal attorney and land use attorney for over eighteen years, with eight of those years spent as a partner in the law firm Shamberg Marwell specializing in land use and municipal matters. His background gives him unique experience in municipal matters and invaluable insight into the entire development process, from planning and zoning approvals to environmental solutions and government relations. Mr. Koelsch formerly served on the Board of Directors of the Westchester Municipal Planning Federation and Teatown Lake Reservation Nature Preserve & Education Center. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP). Mr. Koelsch earned a Bachelor of Science degree in environmental studies from the SUNY College of Environmental Science & Forestry and a Masters of Law in Environmental Law from Pace Law School.
